The latest cooking fad in Japan: Onigirazu! (おにぎらず）”. What is it? Onigiri rice balls, are already famous internationally, and Onigirazu is a postmodern version of it. While onigiri is shaped triangle by hands, onigirazu is made in a similar way to sushi rolls.
