It can be used with wet hands and free from fragrance and coloring and non-alcoholic. A gentle oil-based makeup remover that can be used with wet hands and a damp face, or while having a relaxing bath. Chifure Cleansing Oil quickly dissolves and removes waterproof makeup, even mascara. Washes away easily, leaving no residue or stickiness. Chifure Cosmetics Co.
