ITSUKI Black Ma Oil Tonkotsu Ramen with Straight Non-Fried Noodles. Typical Kumamoto straight non-fried noodles (see the video below). The soup is tonkotsu with added chicken bone taste, grilled garlic, dried shallot and black ma oil. Cooking instruction: Boil the noodle for two and a half minutes (do not overboil!). Make ramen soup with the base included in the package and add your favorite vegetables, boiled egg and meat of your choice. Boil the noodles in 450ml of boiling water for 2.5 minutes. After 2.5 minutes, stop the heat, and add the powdered soup and seasoning oil bags. Put the soup and noodles into a bowl and add any toppings of your choice.
