How to cook cold soba:
- Boil water (1 liter per 100g of soba)
- Cook one packet of Fuji-no-Kuni Shizuoka Cha Soba for four and a half to five minutes
- Prepare cold soup for the soba noodles (soba soup stock available at Takaski.com)
- Strain the noodles well and put them on a plate
- Eat the cold noodles by picking up some and dipping them in the cold soup in a small bowl
- Soba goes well with tempura, eggs, dried seaweed, shallots etc.
