UCHIBORI JOZO Mino Premium Select Japanese Ponzu is made with Sudachi and Uzu juice as well as the original stock that comes from the Makurazaki dried bonito and Rishiri konbu seaweed. Very refreshing and offers an elegant taste with the citrus juice and the first brew of the special stock. Perfect for nabe, yudofu boiled tofu, grilled fish, deep fried dishes as well as all types of salad. Established in 1876, Uchibori Jozo has been specialising and producing all types of seasonings in the Gifu Prefecture, Japan. Mino Premium Select Japanese Ponzu is made near the Kiso River and other mountains, where fresh air and high quality spring water are bountiful.
