  • Returns
    You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. In some cases, orders are not eligible for a refund. Before you return an item please contact us.
  • Refunds
    Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies. We will make every effort to respond to all refunds as soon as possible. Your patience and understanding are much appreciated. We will contact you if we need any additional information to process your refund. We will guide you through the refund process once the details of your compensation have been confirmed. Your patience is requested while we work towards resolving the issue for you.
  • Shipping
    You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non­refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • To place a cancellation
    Please log into your account and visit “Order Status”. If your order has not been shipped yet, all you have to do is press the “Cancel” button on My Account Recent Orders. This will stop shipping and you will be notified fully in 2 to 3 business days of the finalised cancellation. If you wish to cancel only part of your order, please contact us immediately rather than cancelling your whole order by pressing “Cancel” button.
