  • The estimated delivery time means the fastest possible delivery time indicated by Japan Post in the case of no delay by the customs or local post office in the destination country. Neither Japan Post nor Takaski.com can negotiate with the customs or local post office in your country to speed up the process. No ‘special arrangement’ can be made with the customs or post office in your country. In the increasingly tightened security measures against terrorism placed by a number of countries, in particular those in Europe, there is an increasing chance for a delay in international postal delivery. Japan Post nor Takaski.com can be held responsible for the delay in delivery of international parcels. Neither Japan Post nor Takaski.com thus will be able to refund shipping fees.
  • All products are sold “as is”. The customer assumes the responsibility for the purchase, and no refunds will be issued unless the product is damaged or defect upon arrival.
  • No refunds will be issued for a personal reason such as “I don’t like the taste”.
  • No returns for a refund or an exchange of products can be accepted.
  • Before purchasing, please note that all sales are final. Japanese retail packaging, manual and instruction of products, if any, are in Japanese only. We can provide some assistance in better understanding of the product, but cannot provide a full translation of the products. Our translations are a guide only and we cannot be responsible for any problem caused by the product.
  • Before you purchase a beauty, health or food product, please make sure you contact your doctor or professional to assure that you won’t develop any complication by consuming the product.
  • These pictures are intended as representative images only. Individual products may vary slightly in appearance. Colors may vary a bit from computer screen to screen.
  • The customer assumes the responsibility for ensuring that food, health and beauty products they purchase are agreeable to them. Takaski.com is not responsible for any issue arriving from consuming or using the products purchased from us. Please contact the producer if you have any problem with the product.
  • To place a cancellation, please log into your account and visit “Order Status”. If your order has not been shipped yet, all you have to do is press the “Cancel” button on My Account Recent Orders. This will stop shipping and you will be notified fully in 2 to 3 business days of the finalised cancellation. If you wish to cancel only part of your order, please contact us immediately rather than cancelling your whole order by pressing “Cancel” button.
  • Takaski.com is a reseller and cannot be held responsible for any damage and inconvinience caused by the purchaged product and complimentary samples to the customer. Please contact the producer of the product directly. No refund will be made for the product in question.
  • Takaski.com is not responsible for the delay in delivery. Neither the Japan Post nor Takaski.com have any control over how well or how quickly your parcel is delivered once it’s dispatched from Japan. Your country’s post office is responsible for delivering the product to the postal address provided by you. If your parcel does not arrive within the specified timeline, please contact your local post office with the tracking number provided.
  • It is the customer’s responsibility to check taxes and make sure that a particular product can be imported. Thus, in a case of a parcel being seized by the Customs Office, we are unable to provide a refund.
